TotalCold Solutions Service Terms 1. Payment & Acceptance. Payment is collected on the day of service, once the repair is completed. By paying the invoice, you confirm that the appliance was tested in your presence and is working correctly, and that you accept the completed work and these Service Terms. 2. Cancellation. To cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. 3. 90-Day Workmanship Warranty. We warrant the specific component we repair or replace, and the specific fault listed on your invoice, for 90 days from the service date. As part of every repair, our technician diagnoses and addresses the root cause of the reported problem. *Warranty claim: the same component we repaired fails again for the same reason within 90 days. (Example: we replace an oven heating element and that element stops working within 90 days.) This is covered — diagnosis and labour at no charge. If the installed part is defective, we pursue the supplier's part warranty on your behalf. **Not a warranty claim: a different component or a new fault causes the appliance to stop working. (Example: we replace the heating element, but the oven later fails due to a control-board fault — a separate part. Or: we recharge and seal a fridge's refrigerant system, but a cooling fan later fails.) Appliance parts can fail suddenly and independently, including shortly after an unrelated repair. ***For any fault that is not a warranty claim, standard charges apply: service call, labour, parts, plus tax. You decide whether to proceed before any new work begins. 3.1. Parts & Warranty. The 90-day warranty applies only to parts we supply, which are genuine and sourced from authorized resellers. If the customer supplies the part (e.g., purchased online), we do not warrant the part itself. Our workmanship is covered, but any failure caused by the supplied part, including repeat visits, is billable. 4. Appliance access. Where an appliance must be moved or pulled out to perform a repair, the technician takes reasonable care. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, or for damage to flooring, walls, cabinetry, or the appliance that could not reasonably be avoided when moving it. 5. Pre-existing and unrelated issues. We are responsible only for the work we perform. Damage and conditions that pre-exist or are unrelated to our repair, present at the time of service, are not covered. 6. Agreement. By booking and/or paying for service, you agree to these terms.
